    Requirements :-

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in manufacturing management, supply chain, or relevant fields are a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production management, quality control, or supply chain management.
    • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
    • Proficiency in production management software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle).
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Fluency in Nepali and English is essential.
    • Knowledge of local dialects or Hindi may be advantageous in some regions.
    • Familiarity with Nepali labor laws, environmental regulations, and manufacturing standards.

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including regular inspections and testing.
    • Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Manage the manufacturing budget, aiming to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
    • Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
    • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to optimize production processes and introduce new technologies.
    • Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to all health and safety regulations.
    • Promote a culture of safety among employees, providing regular training and safety drills.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, including contractors and logistics providers.
    • Prepare regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and financial performance for senior management.
    • Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
    • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with local and international regulations, including environmental standards.
    • Liaise with government bodies and industry associations to stay updated on regulatory changes.
