7-8 years of professional experience.
Good understanding of design patterns and their implementation.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise-level software development is desirable.
Deep knowledge and proven experience in Node.js and React.js.
Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and SES, including expertise in deployment and server management.
Prior experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant application architectures.
Experience with Docker and containerization for managing application environments.
Experience working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and development tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services for cloud computing and deployment.
: Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Good knowledge of web application security practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of software development engineers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with client communication.
Ability to plan, make sound decisions, and negotiate tactfully with clients and team members.
Ability to write and execute unit and integration tests.
Good documentation skills (e.g., API Documentation, Deployment Documents, Application Architecture Documents).
Highly experienced with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with technologies like Groovy on Grails, Scala, and Hadoop is preferable.

Fully responsible for the entire project lifecycle.
Ensure modular, reusable, and high-quality code through Test-Driven Development (TDD), code reviews, and implementation of best practices.
Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts and ensure proper technical documentation.
Proactively analyze and mitigate project risks, continuously review problems to determine root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure the application is scalable, performs well, is reliable, and is secure.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements from clients and plan the product roadmap in collaboration with the project manager and client.
Encourage, involve, motivate, and lead team members to achieve project and departmental goals.
Identify training needs, organize, and coach team members on various career growth aspects.
Actively participate in the implementation of organizational culture, processes, and standards.
