Requirements :-

2–4+ years of hands-on experience in paid social and digital advertising.

Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).

Proven ability to improve CPA and ROAS through testing and optimization.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.

Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, and GA4 basics.

Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Develop paid social strategies aligned with awareness, lead generation, sales, and retargeting goals.

Set up and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.

Build full-funnel campaigns from cold audiences to retargeting and conversions.
-
Define targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and ad formats based on objectives.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.

Launch and manage A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers.

Continuously optimize messaging and creative direction using performance insights.

Monitor campaigns daily to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and overall performance.

Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently based on results.

Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, and GA4.

Identify and resolve issues such as ad fatigue, learning limitations, and tracking errors.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Analyze audience behavior and funnel performance to drive improvements.

Share performance learnings with internal teams for better alignment.

Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and algorithm updates.

Research competitors, benchmarks, and emerging paid media trends.

Test modern ad approaches such as UGC, influencer ads, Advantage+, and lead magnets.
