Mandatory experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong analytical mindset.

Good reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).

Ability to handle multiple client campaigns.

Strong coordination and communication skills.
Job Responsibility :-

Plan and run campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Display (GDN), and YouTube.

Prepare media plans based on client goals, target audience, geography, and budget.

Understand client objectives and convert them into performance strategies.
-
Set up ad accounts, pixels, conversion tracking, and proper campaign structure.

Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, designs, and video formats.

Monitor key metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

Optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and budgets regularly.
-
Scale high-performing campaigns based on data insights.
-
Monitor lead quality and suggest improvements to landing pages or forms.
-
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
-
Control daily and monthly ad budgets efficiently.
