Senior UI/UX Designer

● Regularly monitor and manage Figma Design, with the right information to

clearly define the problem.

● Communicate the feature request design along with the aligned

product/project manager.

● Promote the right design ideas and improvements to the product team.

● Choose the best design strategy and plan it out with product managers

● Prepare Wireframe and visual mockups with working prototypes

● Conduct various meetings with supervisors and project managers to

accomplish design-driven development.

● Prepare a clean UI/UX of all the problems, interviews, suggested solutions

and rough user flows.

● Use of data dog and other metrics to evaluate the problems and data metrics

that help in designing solutions

● Take regular interviews make a recommendations on feature design and

promote a stable design approach.

● Update process documentation and implement the changes once it’s been

approved by upper management.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

● Previous experience in UI/UX for at least 2 years.

● Creative and efficient problem solver.

● Ability to work in a cross-functional team
