Sales Officer/Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1 -2 yrs of experience in sales or a similar role (freshers may apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Present and explain products/services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value to meet customer needs.
• Close sales by handling objections, negotiating terms, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner to convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare and submit basic sales reports, including daily/weekly activity updates and sales performance summaries.
