Requirements :-
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Relationship management and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the EV industry (preferred) or in automobile sales/after-sales operations
- Hands-on experience in the commercial EV segment is highly preferred
Job Responsibility :-
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and engage potential customers as:
- EV service centers
- Automobile workshops
- Fleet operators (EV vans, microbuses)
- Commercial vehicle owners
- Promote and sell CATL EV batteries and spare parts by explaining:
- Technical features
- Safety standards
- Lifecycle and performance benefits
- Develop and expand dealer and retailer networks across assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Insurance companies
- Surveyors and claims agents
- Manage insurance-based sales by coordinating between customers, insurers, and internal teams
- Assist in documentation, claims processing, and technical clarifications
- Ensure smooth closure of insurance-backed battery replacement cases
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to management
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools (daily visits, leads, conversions)
