  • Requirements :-

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in agri-input sales, FMCG sales, or rural distribution.

     

    • Experience working with dealer networks, field sales, or digital agriculture platforms is preferred.

    • MBA, BBA/BBS, or related field.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture will be an added advantage.

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Identify and onboard farmers, farmer groups, cooperatives, and local input retailers.

    • Promote agri-input products including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and machinery.

    • Plan and execute weekly and monthly sales campaigns both online and offline.

    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

     

    • Coordinate with the marketing team for field events, demonstrations, and digital promotions.

    • Collect and register customer orders through the GeoKrishi platform and social media channels.

    • Ensure smooth order processing through the workflow: Farmer → GeoKrishi Center → Warehouse → Delivery.

    • Track order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines with warehouse hubs.

    • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or product mismatches promptly.

    • Coordinate with delivery and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

    • Gather field insights on pricing, competitor products, seasonal demand, and farmer needs.

    • Recommend new product offerings and bundled input packages.

    • Report market opportunities and potential risks to management.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

    • Maintain records of leads, orders, and sales conversions.

    • Use GeoKrishi digital tools such as the GeoKrishi App, CRM systems, and order management platforms for reporting
