Mid-Level Software Developer

• • 3–5 years of experience with proven delivery of production-level applications
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and Flutter
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and basic backend understanding (Python/Django or similar is a plus)
  • Proficient in Git, package managers, and modern development workflows
  • Familiarity with state management, CI/CD, and performance optimization

  Nice to Have:

  • App deployment (Play Store/App Store), cloud platforms, GraphQL, Firebase, testing frameworks

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Develop reusable and maintainable component-based architecture
• Integrate and collaborate on RESTful APIs
• Manage data fetching, caching, and state management efficiently
• Optimize applications for SEO, accessibility, and performance
• Identify bugs and implement effective solutions
• Participate in system design and technical decision-making
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
