Knowledge of native development (Android/iOS)

Strong problem-solving ability

Requirements :-

- 3–5 years of experience with proven delivery of production-level applications
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and Flutter
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience integrating REST APIs and basic backend understanding (Python/Django or similar is a plus)
- Proficient in Git, package managers, and modern development workflows
- Familiarity with state management, CI/CD, and performance optimization
Nice to Have:
- App deployment (Play Store/App Store), cloud platforms, GraphQL, Firebase, testing frameworks
Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving mindset, strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive attitude

Job Responsibility :-

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect implementations
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser/device compatibility
Develop reusable and maintainable component-based architecture
Integrate and collaborate on RESTful APIs
Manage data fetching, caching, and state management efficiently
Optimize applications for SEO, accessibility, and performance
Identify bugs and implement effective solutions
Participate in system design and technical decision-making
Maintain coding standards, documentation, and best practices
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Work with third-party integrations (payments, analytics, etc.)
Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor performance using analytics and logging tools
Debug production issues and ensure system reliability
Continuously explore and adopt new technologies

Optional Responsibilities:

Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Contribute to backend development (Node.js or similar)
