    Requirements :-

    • Minimum qualification of +2 (Higher Secondary); Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (trading or corporate sector preferred)
    • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
    • Good command of spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
    • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and data entry
    • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or trading documentation is an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable personality
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Welcome and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
    • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area
    • Manage visitor logs, entry records, and issue visitor passes when required
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management and staff
    • Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
    • Assist in handling invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation related to trading operations
    • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth communication and workflow
    • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, shipments, and office correspondence
    • Provide basic information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
    • Ensure confidentiality of company data and client information
    • Report office maintenance or operational issues to the concerned department
    • Provide support during busy periods or assist other departments when needed
