Requirements :-
- Minimum qualification of +2 (Higher Secondary); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (trading or corporate sector preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Good command of spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and data entry
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or trading documentation is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Responsibility :-
- Welcome and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area
- Manage visitor logs, entry records, and issue visitor passes when required
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management and staff
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in handling invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation related to trading operations
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth communication and workflow
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, shipments, and office correspondence
- Provide basic information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Ensure confidentiality of company data and client information
- Report office maintenance or operational issues to the concerned department
- Provide support during busy periods or assist other departments when needed
