Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the automobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of automobile sales and after-sales marketing activities.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Experience in coordinating with marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Job Responsibility :-

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for sales and after-sales to achieve business targets and strengthen market presence.
  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns through local promotions, events, roadshows, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Design and execute after-sales promotions such as service camps, customer retention programs, and workshop offers to increase service footfall and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the in-house marketing agency to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, online advertisements, and dealership visibility across digital platforms to enhance the Suzuki brand image.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Organize events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate tie-ups to drive sales and after-sales revenue.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and analyze MIS reports for all marketing KRAs and KPIs.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
