IT Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in software development.
• Proven experience managing multiple software projects and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
• Manage client communications and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
