Skills :-
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws (Nepal Labor Act), and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and attendance management tools.
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, and HR reporting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali.
Requirements :-

1–2 years preferred; freshers and entry-level candidates encouraged.

HR, Administration, or CRM internships are an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Master’s (MBA/MBS with HR specialization) preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and attendance systems.

Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
Job Responsibility :-

Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Maintain employee master data, attendance, and performance records.
-
Implement HR policies and maintain HR documents such as appointment and exit letters.
-
Manage recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
-
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
-
Coordinate with departments to maintain staffing levels.
-
Maintain attendance, leave balances, and working hours.
-
Track performance reviews and probation evaluations.
-
Prepare monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.

Coordinate with Accounts for disbursement and maintain payroll records.
-
Ensure PF, gratuity, and tax compliance; handle increments and final settlements.

Address employee queries and grievances.
-
Organize employee welfare, recognition, and engagement programs.
-
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act, PF regulations, and company policies.

Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory compliance.
-
Manage resignations, exit interviews, clearance, and handovers.
-
Prepare final settlements and update separation records.

Collect feedback to support retention strategies.
