Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or facilities management

 

  • Prior experience in international travel coordination and event management is an advantage

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills

  • Effective vendor management and negotiation abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Responsibility :-

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa processing, itineraries, travel records, and related documentation.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external meetings, events, and corporate programs.

  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, including inventory management, allocation, lifecycle tracking, and status updates.

  • Supervise housekeeping staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring cleanliness standards and schedules are met.

  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, repairs, and general facility upkeep.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee operational requirements and support requests.

  • Monitor and manage front desk operations, as required.

 

  • Assist with HR-related activities such as onboarding, interview coordination, system entries, and offboarding processes.
