Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a global IT or technology-driven company.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibility :-
-
Oversee leave management and assist top management in workforce and leave planning.
-
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
-
Support the accounting team with client billing and provide HR-related data as needed.
-
Collaborate with project management to manage client onboarding administration.
-
Address and resolve employee grievances and HR concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
-
Plan and organize team-building and employee engagement activities (in-person and virtual).
-
Prepare and maintain HR reports—monthly, weekly, and ad hoc.
-
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and lead the recruitment process.
-
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
-
Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting department.
-
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
