About the role
Recruitment Strategy
- Research and identify effective sourcing channels for teachers and employees.
- Develop creative approaches to attract qualified Coding and Mathematics teachers.
- Analyze sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and recruitment results.
- Support targeted recruitment campaigns for different roles.
- Research hiring trends and competitor recruitment practices.
- Suggest new approaches to improve the quality and volume of applications.
Teacher & Employee Recruitment
- Support recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct or assist with initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate assessments, teaching demos, and subsequent interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Interview & Selection
- Assist in developing structured screening and interview questions.
- Support consistent candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Record and organize interview feedback.
- Identify gaps in the existing selection process.
- Suggest improvements to candidate evaluation and overall candidate experience.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
- Track recruitment metrics including applications, screenings, interviews, and selections.
- Analyze recruitment funnels to identify candidate drop-off points and bottlenecks.
- Evaluate which sourcing channels generate stronger candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support initiatives to reduce hiring time and improve hiring quality.
HR & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with broader employee recruitment initiatives and HR projects.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
- Help develop recruitment templates, processes, and resources.
- Support the HR team with additional Talent Acquisition projects as required.
