Requirements :-
• Manage end-to-end HR operations across DI FTTM, DI Unitex, retail outlets, warehouses, and corporate functions.
• Handle employee records, HR documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, salary revisions, and separations.
• Manage recruitment for corporate, factory, warehouse, retail, sales, and support positions.
• Coordinate manpower planning and hiring requirements with department heads and management.
• Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee work records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and verify salaries, allowances, deductions, attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs.
• Coordinate SSF, TDS, and other statutory requirements with the Finance team.
• Manage employee information and HR processes through the company’s ERP/HRIS system.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, forms, and SOPs.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Nepalese labor and employment requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and employee relations professionally.
• Coordinate performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development activities.
• Prepare regular HR reports on manpower, recruitment, attendance, payroll, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Provide HR support to retail outlets, factories, warehouses, and other operational locations.
• Identify HR issues and provide practical recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with IT/software providers for HR system issues, improvements, and automation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Job Responsibility :-
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, trading, or a multi-business organization.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience working with HRIS/ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, HR documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, accountability, and professional integrity.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with management, department heads, and employees across multiple locations.
