• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of Nepal Labor Law and HR practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
