- Welcome clients and visitors and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Manage appointments and maintain client schedules.
- Record and update client information and documentation.
- Assist clients with forms, applications, and necessary paperwork.
- Handle incoming calls, deliveries, and office mail.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal staff.
- Keep records of office expenses and administrative activities.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Support new applicants visiting the office.
Job Responsibility :-
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 yr of experience in receptionist or Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in counseling businesses will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
