Executive House Keeper

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive housekeeping experience in the hotel industry.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality organizations is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and budgeting.

• Ability to work flexible hours and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
