Fleet Incharge

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or vehicle operations.
• Experience managing large fleets and multiple operational teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

• Lead and oversee all fleet-related departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise department heads and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular operational review meetings and track departmental goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across fleet operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department heads.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify resource needs and recommend staffing, training, and process improvements.
• Escalate critical operational issues and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and utilized efficiently.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet and ensure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and efficiently utilized.
