Skills :-
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in software implementation, IT consulting, or training roles is highly beneficial; experience with Nepali business and regulatory context is an advantage.
- Knowledge of taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting and business processes.
- Hands-on skills in software implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance support.
- Experience on user training and conducting workshops or one-on-one training for non-technical users.
- Good functional knowledge of at least 3 of the following modules:
· Accounting & Finance
· HR & Payroll
· CRM & Sales
· Inventory & Stock Management
Job Responsibility :-
Business Analysis
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Recommend ERP best practices and standardized business processes.
ERP Configuration
- Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
- Set up Company, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Warehouses, Tax Templates, Pricing Rules, Workflows, Roles and Permissions, Approval Processes, and Notifications.
- Configure Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR & Payroll, CRM, Projects, Asset Management, and other ERP modules as required.
Implementation
- Participate in ERP implementation from project initiation through go-live.
- Support master data preparation and migration activities.
- Validate migrated data and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
User Training & Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and functional troubleshooting.
- Assist users in adopting ERP best practices.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers to define functional specifications for customizations.
- Review developed features and validated that business requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones.
