Enterprise Sales Officer (IT Solutions)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, IT sales, business development, or a related field.

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, renewals, and ongoing opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in product training, certifications, and professional development programs
