Customer Success Specialist (Mid-level)

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.

• Comfortable leading video calls and screen-sharing.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

• Structured, organized, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience with website builders, CMS, or SaaS dashboards.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, online payments, or booking systems.

• Experience with SMB or non-technical customers.

• Experience communicating with international customers.

• Guide users to reach their first meaningful outcomes without overwhelming them.
•  Conduct onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and check-ins confidently with clear agendas.
• Help customers evaluate and use Tripcart effectively without selling.
• Ensure key features are used correctly, identify risks early, and provide guidance.
• Be the main point of accountability and coordinate internally to prevent customers from feeling lost.
•  Capture recurring issues and feedback to improve onboarding, documentation, and messaging
