Requirements :-

2–5 years in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.

Comfortable leading video calls and screen-sharing.

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Structured, organized, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

Experience with website builders, CMS, or SaaS dashboards.

Basic knowledge of SEO, online payments, or booking systems.

Experience with SMB or non-technical customers.

Experience communicating with international customers.
Job Responsibility :-
- Guide users to reach their first meaningful outcomes without overwhelming them.
- Conduct onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and check-ins confidently with clear agendas.
- Help customers evaluate and use Tripcart effectively without selling.
- Ensure key features are used correctly, identify risks early, and provide guidance.
- Be the main point of accountability and coordinate internally to prevent customers from feeling lost.
- Capture recurring issues and feedback to improve onboarding, documentation, and messaging
