Client Service Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in client servicing or digital marketing coordination

• Prior agency experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

• Detail-oriented and proactive in managing client needs

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication and expectations

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, design, media, production) to ensure timely and aligned project delivery

• Translate client briefs into clear action plans for the team

• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and status reports for client updates

• Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, timelines, and approvals
