Client Service Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Australian mortgage processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Apply Online, Nexus, and related tools
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Act as the main point of contact for clients via calls and emails
• Manage inbox and voicemail to ensure timely responses
• Review loan packages before submission to identify issues
• Ensure accurate data entry and submit applications in Apply Online
• Verify and review documents as per bank policies and requirements
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending regulations
• Handle and resolve Missing Information Requests (MIRs)
• Maintain deadlines and meet SLA requirements
• Provide regular updates and excellent customer service to clients
• Record all communications in CRM for tracking and compliance
• Coordinate with banks, assessors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Follow up on loan progress and resolve issues promptly

• Organize and manage loan settlement within agreed timelines
