Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS) or Master’s degree (MBA).

2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Officer in the IT, FinTech, or Banking industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
-
Strong understanding of business communication and presentation.
-
Good knowledge of internet and email applications.
- Mandatory two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job Responsibility :-

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and showcase company products/services.
-
Perform end-to-end sales activities, including pitching, negotiations, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote long-term partnerships.
-
Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
-
Coordinate with Banks, Financial Institutions (BFIs), and other B2B organizations for lead generation and partnerships.
-
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the reporting manager.
-
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Update CRM regularly to track and monitor sales activities and client interactions.
