Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in activations, events, or BTL marketing (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends for events).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing tools/software is a plus.
Job Responsibility :-
- Plan, manage, and execute on-ground brand activations, promotions, roadshows, events, and BTL campaigns.
- Translate marketing and commercial objectives into impactful activation strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners, field staff, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure activations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expected quality and brand standards.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and promotional materials distribution.
- Ensure strong brand presence and consumer engagement at all touchpoints.
- Resolve on-ground challenges efficiently and adapt strategies as needed.
