Requirements :-
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, with hands-on expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing.
● Proven experience in ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and B2B dealings.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tools.
● Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.

Job Responsibility :-
1. ATL and BTL Marketing: ○ Plan, execute, and evaluate ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. ○ Collaborate with media partners and vendors for ATL initiatives such as TV, print, and outdoor advertising. ○ Organize BTL activities, including events, promotions, sponsorships, and on-ground activations.
2. Digital Marketing: ○ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. ○ Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns to optimize ROI. ○ Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools to ensurean effective online presence.
3. B2B Marketing: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. ○ Design and execute strategies for lead generation, client retention, and upselling opportunities. ○ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for B2B clients.
4. Market Research and Analysis: ○ Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitor strategies. ○ Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
5. Brand Management: ○ Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels. ○ Develop creative content and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
