Assistant Manager / Manager Operations

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of Onemart dark stores.

• Ensure proper storekeeping, product placement, and operational discipline.

• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and storage standards.

• Oversee order picking, packing, billing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Manage store manpower, shift schedules, productivity, and team performance.

• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and quality-control procedures.

• Coordinate with Inventory and Fulfillment teams to resolve stock-related issues.

• Minimize picking, packing, and billing errors while maintaining operational accuracy.

• Monitor store KPIs and implement improvements to operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Support the setup and operational readiness of new dark stores as the business expands.

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve store performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, dark stores, FMCG, or similar operations.

• Strong operational and people management skills.

• Experience managing store operations, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes.

• Good understanding of storekeeping, product placement, hygiene, and quality-control standards.

• Ability to monitor operational KPIs and improve productivity and efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to operational procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
