Skills :-

Job Responsibility :-
- Participate in the full project lifecycle—from requirements scoping and UAT planning to go-live and post-implementation validation—ensuring end-to-end test coverage across D365 BC modules.
- Analyze functional specifications, user stories, and design documents to create detailed test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices aligned with D365 BC business processes.
- Detect, document, and triage defects across functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cycles, including data validation and workflow logic.
- Execute structured test scenarios in configured D365 BC environments, validating system behavior against acceptance criteria.
- Produce and distribute test summary reports, defect logs, and test metrics dashboards, tracking issues until resolution.
- Maintain and improve QA documentation including test plans, test case repositories, defect taxonomies, and entry/exit criteria.
- Adapt to project delivery schedules and client time zones while coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.
- Support QA leads in test environment setup, test data preparation, and investigative testing during active project sprints or releases.
- Perform API and integration testing using tools like Postman to validate D365 BC web service endpoints, OData feeds, and third-party integrations.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities within D365 BC to support test scenario generation and root cause analysis.
- Use the BC Page Scripting Tool to record, maintain, and replay UAT scripts and develop basic AL test code units in Visual Studio Code for regression testing.
- Contribute to QA best practices, internal standards, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the QA team.
