Technician

• Provide field support for optical fiber and telecommunications operations.

• Assist with basic technical tasks related to ISP services.

• Travel to assigned locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support as required.

• Coordinate with technical team members to resolve service-related issues.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while working in the field.

• Must own a bike and be able to use it for work-related travel.

• Must have completed Grade 12.

• Basic technical knowledge of the ISP or telecommunications sector is preferred.

• Ability to travel to different locations as required.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn technical tasks related to optical fiber support.
