Requirements :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience working with Medicaid data sets (T-MSIS) and healthcare data (claims, eligibility, clinical, labs, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and healthcare data analysis
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using Jira, Agile methodologies, and project coordination tools
  • Ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities, and lead client-facing initiatives
  • Willingness to work occasional off-hours/weekends and travel up to 10%

Job Responsibility :-

  • Perform data analysis and issue resolution on complex healthcare datasets (T-MSIS, claims, eligibility, clinical, provider data).

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

  • Understand and document customer business and technical needs, translating them into functional requirements.

  • Coordinate client deliverables:

    • Enhancement/change requests

    • Defect triage and resolution

    • UAT management and QA coordination

  • Manage customer support tickets, analyze SLA reports, and deliver root cause analyses (RCAs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, data operations) to implement and support client solutions.

  • Promote product value and identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.

  • Conduct training sessions and support client onboarding.

  • Drive process improvements based on analysis of trends, feedback, and performance data.
