Senior Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within AI/ML development.

• Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP).

• Extensive experience in working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-RAG agent architectures.

• Strong experience with instruction fine-tuning and optimizing AI models.

• Proficiency in data preparation techniques for training AI models.

• Hands-on experience with Graph Databases and open-source models like Mistral AI, LLAMA, and other advanced architectures.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

• Knowledge of working with Graph database and Knowledge Base is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to drive AI projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Lead the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to address various business needs.

• Design and implement instruction fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance and relevance.

• Oversee data preparation processes, ensuring high-quality and relevant datasets for training AI models.

• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-RAG agent architectures to enhance model outputs and accuracy.

• Implement image layering models for Virtual Try On like CatVTON.

• Integrate and leverage advanced AI technologies such as AWS Bedrock, Mistral AI, and LLAMA to enhance AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value.

• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, and integrate best practices into projects.

• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.

• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI initiatives, aligning them with company objectives and industry standards.
