Teacher Quality Auditor

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Working Time 9am-5:30pm / Working Days 6 days

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, academic quality assurance, teacher training, or education operations.

• Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and respectful manner.

• Comfortable working with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

• Ability to objectively evaluate teacher performance without personal bias.

• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Experience working with online or international students.

• Experience in teacher observation, classroom auditing, or quality assurance.

• Knowledge of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching strategies.

• Familiarity with teaching methodologies such as CPA, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and student-centered learning.

• Experience with coding, mathematics, or STEM education is an advantage.

• Experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, or data analysis tools.

• Conduct regular audits of online classes using standardized teacher quality evaluation rubrics.

• Evaluate teachers across different areas

• Review recorded classes and identify specific evidence supporting audit scores.

• Prepare detailed and objective class audit reports.

• Provide constructive, actionable, and evidence-based feedback to teachers.

• Identify recurring teaching quality issues and recommend improvement strategies.

• Monitor teacher performance trends and highlight areas requiring coaching or additional training.

• Collaborate with Teacher Success, Training, Operations, and Academic teams to improve teaching quality.

• Maintain accurate audit records and performance data.

• Ensure audits are conducted consistently and fairly according to established quality standards.

• Identify potential compliance, privacy, safeguarding, or professionalism concerns and escalate them through the appropriate channels.

• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency among auditors.

• Contribute to improving teacher audit rubrics, quality standards, and evaluation processes.

• Support the development of teacher training programs based on common audit findings.
