Teacher Quality Assurance Intern

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Psychology, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Working Time 9am-5:30pm / Working Days 6 days

• Strong interest in education and teaching quality.

• Good English communication and writing skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to observe objectively and document information accurately.

• Basic knowledge of classroom teaching and student engagement.

• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering experience.

• Experience with online learning platforms.

• Basic understanding of teaching methodologies.

• Familiarity with coding, mathematics, or STEM education.

• Experience preparing reports or working with spreadsheets.

• Review recorded online classes according to the organization's audit framework.

• Observe and document teacher-student interactions.

• Record objective observations and relevant evidence from classes.

• Assist senior auditors in preparing class audit reports.

• Identify positive teaching practices and areas requiring improvement.

• Support the team in maintaining accurate audit records and spreadsheets.

• Participate in auditor calibration and training sessions.

• Assist in identifying common trends and recurring teaching quality issues.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling student and teacher information.

• Support other academic quality and teacher development initiatives as required.
