Teacher Coordinator

• Conduct regular audits of online classes using standardized evaluation criteria.

• Review recorded and live teaching sessions to assess teaching quality and effectiveness.

• Evaluate teachers' communication, subject knowledge, classroom engagement, and teaching methods.

• Prepare detailed class audit reports with clear observations and supporting evidence.

• Provide constructive feedback and recommend improvement strategies to teachers.

• Identify recurring performance issues and recommend coaching or training.

• Monitor teacher performance and maintain accurate audit records.

• Coordinate with academic, training, operations, and teacher success teams.

• Ensure fair and consistent evaluation of teacher performance.

• Identify and escalate compliance, privacy, safeguarding, and professionalism concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Management, IT, or a related field.

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, teacher training, academic quality assurance, or education operations.

• Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, observation, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and evaluation skills.

• Ability to assess performance objectively and without personal bias.
