Teacher Auditor Intern

• Review recorded and live online classes to evaluate teaching quality and effectiveness.

• Assess teacher performance using standardized evaluation rubrics and quality standards.

• Prepare accurate class audit reports with evidence-based observations and scores.

• Provide constructive feedback to teachers to improve teaching methods and student engagement.

• Identify recurring performance gaps and recommend coaching or training interventions.

• Track teacher performance trends and maintain accurate audit records.

• Collaborate with Teacher Success, Training, Operations, and Academic teams to enhance teaching quality.

• Identify and escalate concerns related to privacy, safeguarding, compliance, or professionalism.

• Participate in audit calibration sessions to ensure consistent and fair evaluations.

• Support the improvement of audit frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and teacher training programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, teacher training, academic quality assurance, or education operations is preferred.

• Strong understanding of effective teaching methods, classroom management, and student engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to evaluate teaching performance objectively and fairly.

• Proficiency in online teaching platforms, digital tools, and documentation systems.

• Strong report-writing skills and the ability to provide constructive, evidence-based feedback.
