Store Supervisor (Female)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets
• Supervise sales staff and prepare/manage duty schedules
• Provide on-floor support to maximize conversions and close sales
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports
