Store & Inventory Manager

Store & Inventory Operations

• Manage day-to-day dark-store operations, including opening, closing, cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory across 1,000+ SKUs using inventory management systems and barcode systems.
• Oversee receiving, storage, stock counting, replenishment, damages, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock items, wastage, shrinkage, and inventory losses.
• Ensure all products entering and leaving the store are properly recorded and tracked.
• Maintain an organized and secure inventory environment.

Order Fulfillment

• Manage the complete picking, packing, and dispatch process for Karayo orders.
• Ensure high order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Organize products and storage locations to enable efficient picking and faster order processing.
• Coordinate with delivery riders while maintaining controlled access to the inventory area.

Team & Staff Management

• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
• Manage staff shifts, attendance, task allocation, and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure employees follow inventory, security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a disciplined, accountable, and professional store environment.

Systems & Reporting

• Ensure effective use of IMS, barcode scanners, POS/inventory systems, and time-tracking tools.
• Coordinate with the Karayo technology team on inventory system integration and operational improvements.
• Track inventory discrepancies, external purchases, damages, adjustments, and other operational issues.
• Prepare and submit regular store, inventory, and operational reports to management.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• 2–4+ years of experience in store management, inventory, warehouse, retail, e-commerce, Q-Commerce, or similar operations.
• Proven experience managing staff and day-to-day store or warehouse operations.
• Practical knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with IMS, POS, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
• Experience with barcode-based inventory systems will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Good attention to detail with strong inventory accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.
• Honest, dependable, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

We are looking for a hands-on and accountable operations professional who can take complete ownership of a dark-store environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing inventory, people, systems, and daily order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and operational efficiency.
