Rider

• Deliver products, documents, or packages to customers safely and on time.
• Pick up and drop off items as assigned.
• Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes efficiently.
• Maintain proper handling and care of delivered items.
• Collect payments or documents when required.
• Maintain delivery records and provide necessary updates.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle/bike is properly maintained.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the company team.

• Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Previous experience as a rider/delivery person is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Responsible for maintaining the assigned/personal bike in good working condition.
