● Minimum work experience of 1 year as Social Media Handler or any other in the relevant field.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal competency.
● Outgoing personality with a positive working attitude.
● Up-to-date with latest trends ongoing in the market.
● Experienced in identifying target groups (audiences) and thus creating successful campaigns.
● Proficient with MS Office Package, Social Media Handles, SEO Content Creation, blog writing and maintaining newsletter campaigns.
● Strong Leadership and Creative Thinking Skills.
● Active listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback in order to build strong rapport with the team, executives and with the client.
● Strong time management skills.
Job Responsibility :-
● Overseeing all the social campaigns of the company, developing strategies to effectively create official contents on social media platforms.
● Leveraging social media to identify, acquire and engage audiences; customers and potential clients.
● Handling all the social media of the company hence managing the brand of the company.
● Analyzing data for engagement, exploring ongoing trends to foster effective communication and customer interactions.
● Planning and managing digital campaigns.
● Ensuring maximum engagement of audiences through timely blogs, newsletters and respective contents.
● Devising innovative ideas, growth strategies and opportunities.
● Analytics and insights management along with developing specific customer-relations strategies, programs/campaigns.
