Requirements :-

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Working knowledge of billing software (SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar tools).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills for coordination across departments.
Ability to manage large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

Job Responsibility :-

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.
Develop automated Excel dashboards and templates for reporting purposes.
Manage end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation.
Reconcile invoices with internal systems and customer records to avoid discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to validate billing data.
Automate routine data tasks using Excel formulas, macros, and VBA.
Ensure billing data complies with company policies and financial regulations.
Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation.

Who are looking for :-

2+ years of experience in MIS and billing.
Strong skills in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Knowledge of billing processes and reconciliation.
Experience in automating reports and handling large datasets.
