Senior HR Officer / Female

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of Nepal Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain employee records and oversee payroll support and HR administration.
• Coordinate employee training, engagement programs, and performance appraisal activities.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain HR records.
• Support and manage site-based employees, including attendance, welfare, compliance, and coordination with site managers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
