Requirements :-
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of Nepal Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
Job Responsibility :-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records and oversee payroll support and HR administration.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement programs, and performance appraisal activities.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain HR records.
- Support and manage site-based employees, including attendance, welfare, compliance, and coordination with site managers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
