Salesforce Developer

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, middleware solutions, and external APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Revenue Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Einstein Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work directly with sales teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Salesforce to support key business functions, including Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with various enterprise applications, including marketing automation tools, ERP systems, CPQ, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize and automate Salesforce workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and sales processes to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps) to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations, and custom development.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in security, performance, and development standards.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance the platform’s capabilities.
• Work closely with the Revenue Operations team, proactively identifying areas for optimization and driving improvements in Salesforce configurations and sales processes.
• Provide technical documentation and training to end users, ensuring successful adoption of new features and solutions.
