QA / QC / Testing Engineer

• Execute manual, functional, regression, and integration testing of software applications.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and testing documentation.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Retest resolved issues and verify that fixes meet the required quality standards.
• Assist in testing web and mobile applications across different environments and devices.
• Support basic API testing using Postman.
• Assist with automated testing and maintain basic test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and senior QA/QC team members to investigate and resolve software issues.
• Follow established QA processes, SDLC/STLC practices, and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, product quality, and overall user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in software QA, QC, or testing.
• Freshers with relevant internships, academic projects, or hands-on testing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Ability to create clear test cases and identify and report software defects.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, or similar bug-tracking/project-management tools.
• Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
• Basic API testing knowledge using Postman is preferred.
• Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or other automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn automation testing and new QA tools.
