QA Engineer (Client Support–Oriented)

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies
• Good knowledge of defect lifecycle and QA processes
• Experience handling live production systems and client-reported issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with structured processes, documentation, and SOPs
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate issues
• Familiarity with bug tracking/ticketing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience with web-based or application-based products
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or system logs is a plus

• Act as primary L1/L2 support for live production systems
• Receive, analyze, and triage client-reported issues
• Reproduce complex bugs and identify root causes
• Write clear and actionable bug reports for engineering teams
• Validate fixes and manage regression testing cycles
• Monitor system performance, logs, and recurring issue patterns
• Support and mentor junior QA team members
• Participate in QA handovers, release validation, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve overall quality
