Plant Manager

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

• Manage the complete production cycle, from design development to finished garments.

• Coordinate with designers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand requirements.

• Supervise production teams and ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.

• Develop and monitor production schedules, timelines, and capacity planning.

• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

• Implement quality control measures and maintain consistent product standards.

• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Introduce innovative production techniques and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain an organized production environment.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the textile or garment industry.

• Proven experience managing plant operations and large production teams.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and capacity management.

• Understanding of quality control systems, lean manufacturing, and cost management.

• Experience using ERP systems, production tracking tools, and MS Office applications.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
