Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of K–12 mathematics teaching experience.
• Minimum 3 years of curriculum design experience.
• Experience developing multi-grade mathematics curricula.
• Experience with assessments and instructional material development.
• Experience in online or EdTech environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in K–12 mathematics.
• Curriculum design and instructional planning skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to design assessments and analyze learning data.

Curriculum Development

• Design complete K–12 mathematics curriculum frameworks and learning progressions.
• Develop yearly, quarterly, monthly, and lesson-level curriculum plans.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across all grade levels.
• Cover key domains such as Number Sense, Algebra, Geometry, Data & Statistics, Calculus, and Mathematical Reasoning.

Lesson & Content Creation

• Create detailed lesson plans for one-on-one and group instruction.
• Develop worksheets, projects, activities, and enrichment materials.
• Design inquiry-based and project-based learning experiences.
• Integrate real-world applications into mathematics learning.

Assessment Design

• Develop diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments.
• Create mastery-based learning and evaluation systems.
• Design rubrics, question banks, and performance tasks.

Standards Alignment

• Align curriculum with Common Core, state, and international standards.
• Define measurable learning outcomes and mastery pathways.

Teacher & Learning Support

• Develop teacher guides and instructional frameworks.
• Support teacher training and curriculum implementation.
• Provide feedback for instructional improvement.

Innovation & Quality Assurance

• Integrate EdTech tools and AI-based learning approaches.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and age-appropriate progression.

We are looking for an experienced K–12 Math Curriculum Designer with strong subject expertise in mathematics and proven experience in curriculum development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning pathways, with the ability to create engaging, standards-aligned content that supports deep conceptual understanding and student learning outcomes.
