  • Requirements :-

    • +2 Pass (Higher Secondary Education) required
    • Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree will be preferred
    • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital systems
    • Good observation skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and coordination abilities
    • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
    • Comfortable working in 12-hour rotational shifts

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Monitor systems, CCTV, and operational activities in real time
    • Ensure operational standards are maintained across all locations
    • Identify, report, and follow up on operational issues or irregularities
    • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
    • Record, track, and maintain issue logs and updates
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests professionally
    • Maintain daily logs and operational records
    • Prepare shift handover reports and status updates
    • Ensure proper follow-up on pending issues and tasks
    • Provide basic assistance and direct concerns to the appropriate team
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
    • Escalate urgent operational matters to the relevant departments when required

The candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, operational coordination, issue tracking, customer support, and internal communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
